Hodge named VP of Operations; Rice named VP of Special Projects

USA Cycling announced today that Chuck Hodge, who currently serves as USA Cyclingandrsquo;s Technical Director, will assume the newly created role of Vice President of Operations. At the same time, Micah Rice, who currently serves as Vice President of National Events, will assume another newly created role, Vice President of Special Projects.
